Terms & conditions

Our general terms and conditions apply to registrations for our events, via www.financialforium.be.

These general terms and conditions prevail over the general terms and conditions and/or other conditions of the client, even if they state that they are the only valid ones.
Deviations from these general terms and conditions are only possible with the express written consent of the Belgian Financial Forum.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable or in conflict with any legal provision, this shall not affect the enforceability and validity of the remaining provisions.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium and fall under the sole jurisdiction of the courts of the Brussels district.

Registration procedure

By registering, you expressly agree with these general terms and conditions. The agreement between the parties is governed solely by the laws of Belgium and all registrations are made via the Belgian Financial Forum website: www.financialforum.be.

  • After filling in your personal, business and billing details, you will be registered and will receive a summary of your registration via e-mail.
  • You can pay online or by bank transfer.
  • Next, we will send you a confirmation email with useful information about your course.

The Belgian Financial Forum reserves the right to make changes to the syllabus, the speakers or the venue, if despite all efforts it is forced to do so; in this case we will not be liable for any compensation. The Belgian Financial Forum will inform you immediately of any changes.
